The New Updated Exterior Design

These are some of my new designs for the 2002 KITT replica. This is my "near" final design for the exterior. The front nose carries most of the same features as the series 2000 (1982) version but has been restyled for a more modern and well blended look. Even the lower light grills have been molded into the openings and blended into the design. |

Upgraded Design For The New Dashboard

| What would the Knight Rider car be wthout a state of the art dashboard. This new dash features many of the recognizable features of the old model as well as all new features. The new guage cluster features the cars main functions. Addtional sections of the dash are filled with the specialty items needed for the missions at hand. |

The switchpods have been eliminated from this new design to allow extra room and comfort for its driver. Many of the functions have been moved up to the left and right sides of the dash cluster. This new design allows the driver to choose the options desired at a quick glance. There are six feature buttons on each side of the main gauge cluster. This set up has been redesigned to choose left and right options for certain functions. Such as the auto roofs, windows, door locks, ejection seats, and the newly added left and right ski mode, as well as other options. |

Additonal Equipment and Features

| Included on the extended portion of this new dash is a 7.2 inch LCD monitor along with option buttons along each side of it. All of the features relating to audio or video is contained within this section of the dash. Including the Audio / Video recording and playback. Infrared, scanning, Night Vision, Image enhancing, and the newly added internet / sattelite connection. This feature enables KITT to recieve and transmit information back to the mobile unit as well as giving full access to the world wide web.
